TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bilingual Coaching Association – Coach Training Program

1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the services, programs, and materials provided by the Bilingual Coaching Association (“the Association”).
By purchasing or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Core Value & Proprietary Know-How

  1. The Association delivers proprietary coaching methodologies, systems, frameworks, and business know-how developed through the experience of over 5,000 graduates of JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY worldwide.

  2. This Service provides internal, non-public, and commercially sensitive knowledge that has been refined through real-world application, professional coaching practice, and long-term business operation.

  3. Users acknowledge that they are receiving access to highly valuable intellectual assets, comparable to internal corporate training or trade secrets.

3. Use of Knowledge & Business Application

  1. Users are permitted to apply the learned skills, coaching methods, and concepts to their own independent coaching or language-related business.

  2. The Association encourages practical application of the knowledge for professional and commercial growth.

  3. However, ownership of all systems, frameworks, terminology, and methodologies remains exclusively with the Association and its licensors.

4. Brand Name & Trademark Restrictions (CRITICAL)

  1. Users may NOT use, reproduce, imitate, or reference the following without explicit written permission:

    • “JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY”

  2. Completion of the program does NOT grant any license, franchise rights, partnership rights, or brand usage rights.

  3. If a user wishes to use the same or similar brand name, trademark, or public association, prior written authorization is strictly required.

  4. Unauthorized brand usage constitutes serious intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action, immediate termination, and claims for damages.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

  1. All content, including but not limited to videos, documents, frameworks, terminology, coaching structures, and internal systems, are confidential trade assets.

  2. Users may not copy, share, resell, license, teach, or distribute any materials in whole or in part.

  3. This obligation survives termination of access to the Service.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the confidential, proprietary, and digital nature of this Service, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once access to the program is granted.

This program provides access to non-public business methodologies, internal coaching systems, and trade-level know-how developed through real-world application with more than 5,000 graduates of JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY.
Once this information is accessed, it cannot be returned, revoked, or undone.

For this reason, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of results, time constraints, or changes in personal or professional circumstances.

However, this program is designed with a lifetime access model.
Even if you feel that “now is not the right time” or “you are not ready yet,” you may return to the materials at any stage of your life, review them repeatedly, and apply the knowledge at your own pace as you grow.

This Service is not intended for quick consumption or short-term results.
It is a long-term professional asset, allowing committed individuals to gradually integrate the knowledge into their skills and business over time.

By purchasing this Service, you acknowledge that you are investing in permanent access to high-level proprietary knowledge, and you accept full responsibility for how and when you choose to utilize it.

Please review all details carefully before purchasing, as refunds will not be provided once access is granted.

7. No Guarantee of Results

  1.  The Service is an educational and professional development program.

  2. It does not guarantee income, certification, employment, business success, or placement of any kind.

  3. Results depend entirely on the user’s effort, skills, execution, consistency, and market conditions, all of which are beyond the control of the Service provider.

    However, this program is offered with lifetime access.
    This means that while immediate results are not promised, users are able to continue learning, revisiting, and integrating the knowledge over time, allowing for long-term personal and professional growth throughout their lifetime.

    Employment with JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY

    Completion of this program does not automatically grant employment with JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY.

    If a participant wishes to work with JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY, the following process applies:

    1. The participant must first pass the official Certified Coach Examination.

    2. After certification, the participant may request an interview and consultation.

    3. During this interview, working style, availability, hours, and suitability will be discussed based on:

      • The coach’s skills and performance

      • The needs and level of current students

      • Operational capacity at that time

    Employment is not guaranteed, and all decisions are made at the sole discretion of JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY.

    Entrepreneurship & Business Path Option

    For participants who wish to build or scale their own business, an additional and separate Business Course may be available as a next step.

    This business-focused course is optional, requires separate enrollment, and is designed for those who intend to apply the coaching skills commercially at a higher level.

8. Termination for Breach

The Association reserves the right to immediately terminate access without refund if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Intellectual property or brand misuse is detected

  • Confidentiality is breached

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.”
The Association shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Association’s operating jurisdiction.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. (United Kingdom)

バイリンガルコーチング協会 コーチ養成講座

第1条（適用および同意）

本規約は、バイリンガルコーチング協会（以下「当協会」）が提供するすべての講座・教材・関連サービスに適用されます。
本サービスを購入・利用した時点で、利用者は本規約に完全に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（本サービスの価値・企業ノウハウ）

  1. 当協会は、JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY が輩出してきた5,000人以上の卒業生実績を通じて培われた、非公開かつ高度なコーチング・ビジネスノウハウを提供しています。

  2. 本サービスには、一般には公開されていない企業内部レベルの知識・フレームワーク・運営システムが含まれます。

  3. 利用者は、本講座が企業秘密レベルの知的資産を含む極めて価値の高いサービスであることを理解し、同意するものとします。

第3条（学習内容の活用範囲）

  1. 利用者は、学んだ知識やスキルを自身の独立したビジネスに活用することが可能です。

  2. ただし、すべてのノウハウ・構造・体系の知的所有権は当協会に帰属します。

第4条（ブランド名・商標の使用制限【重要】）

  1. 利用者は、以下を一切使用してはなりません：

    • JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY

  2. 本講座の受講・修了は、ブランド使用権・フランチャイズ権・提携権を一切付与しません。

  3. 同一または類似ブランド名を使用したい場合は、必ず事前に書面による許可が必要です。

  4. 無断使用は、重大な知的財産権侵害として、法的措置の対象となります。

第5条（知的財産・守秘義務）

  1. 本サービスに含まれるすべての内容は、企業秘密および営業資産です。

  2. 複製、共有、再販売、第三者への提供は禁止されます。

  3. 本義務は、受講終了後も有効です。

第6条（返金不可）

本サービスは、機密性が極めて高い企業内部レベルのノウハウを含むデジタル講座です。
そのため、お支払い完了後、講座へのアクセスが付与された時点で、いかなる理由があっても返金は一切できません。

本講座では、JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY が5,000人以上の卒業生を輩出してきた実践の中で磨かれてきた、一般には公開されていないコーチングおよびビジネスノウハウを提供しています。
これらの情報は、一度アクセスが可能になった時点で、性質上「返却」や「取り消し」ができないものです。

そのため、内容への不満、成果の有無、時間不足、モチベーションの変化、仕事・家庭・健康・経済状況など、いかなる個人的事情が生じた場合でも返金には応じられません。

ただし、本サービスは**生涯アクセス（Lifetime Access）**を前提としたプログラムです。
「今はまだ自信がない」「今のタイミングでは実行できない」と感じた場合でも、
人生のどの段階においても、何度でも内容に立ち返り、時間をかけて理解し、成長していくことが可能です。

本講座は、短期間で結果を求めるためのものではなく、
プロとしての基盤を長期的に築くための“資産”として設計された講座です。

ご購入は、**今すぐ完璧に実行できるかどうかではなく、
「将来にわたってこの知識を持ち続けたいかどうか」**を基準にご判断ください。

なお、講座開始後の返金対応は行っておりませんので、内容をご理解いただいたうえでお申し込みください。

第7条（成果保証なし）

JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY での活動・就業について

本講座の修了は、JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY での雇用や業務委託を自動的に保証するものではありません。

JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY での活動や仕事を希望する場合は、以下の正式なプロセスが必要です。

  1. 認定コーチ試験（Certified Coach Examination）への合格

  2. 合格後、面談・相談の申請が可能

  3. 面談では以下の点を踏まえて協議が行われます：

    • コーチとしてのスキル・実力

    • 受講生のレベルやニーズ

    • 稼働可能時間や働き方

    • 当時の運営状況

なお、面談の実施や採用・業務提供は保証されるものではなく、最終判断は JAPAN LANGUAGE FACTORY 側にて行われます。

起業・ビジネス志向の方へ（追加オプション）

将来的に自身のビジネスを立ち上げたい、または拡大したい方は、
本講座修了後、別途「ビジネスコース」へ進む選択肢があります。

このビジネスコースは任意参加・別講座となり、
コーチングスキルを商業的・事業的に活用したい方向けの上位プログラムです。

第8条（違反時の措置）

規約違反・ブランド侵害・守秘義務違反が確認された場合、即時利用停止・返金なしとします。

第9条（免責）

本サービス利用により生じた損害について、当協会は責任を負いません。

第10条（準拠法）

当協会所在地の法令を準拠法とします。(英国）
